Our Mission Statement
We are Ricardo and Karen Pinedo, husband and wife, parents, a bilingual couple from two continents united by God in marriage and on a mission to help and empower God’s people to live the abundant and fulfilled lives that our Creator made us to live.
We do this through:
- a biblical / spiritual approach, and
- scientifically-proven neurocoaching techniques.
We believe that God created us in His image, irreducibly designed us according to His purpose, and composed us with a three-fold nature (1 Thessalonians 5:23). We are:
- Spirit: This was dead in sin but is resurrected by the grace of God when we come to recognize Jesus Christ as our Lord and Savior.
- Soul: This is where mind, will, and other mental faculties exist, and is what Romans 12:2 says we need to renew every day.
- Body: This is the “suit” we use during our earthly experience, and it will be resurrected in a glorified way when Jesus comes for those who believe and trust Him according to the Scriptures.
These areas act together and influence each other. We believe that any problem or struggle, whether mental, emotional, physical, an addiction, or personal-growth-related needs to be addressed in our three areas of life, with the spiritual one being the most powerful.
Did you know this has been proven also by neuroscience? Yes, neuroscientific studies have shown that a strong spiritual life can overcome mental illness and brain damage.
We believe the victory and the blood of Jesus are powerful to set us free and that God has given us the proper tools in His Word to deal with and overcome our problems as children of God. We are devoted to helping people discover and utilize their special God-given spiritual tools and neuroscientific tools to both embrace as well as accomplish the unique purpose He entrusted to them, while enjoying their journey in the meantime.

Biography
God brought us together from two continents and two languages — USA and Peru — to serve united as a family and make Jesus known. We have served the Lord in worldview and apologetics presentations, preaching and public speaking, international missions, urban outreach to the poor, rescuing abandoned and trafficked youth, equipping kids with life skills, pro-life and abstinence education, culture impact, music, worship and arts.
Besides serving in ministry outside the States, we consider our “first line of ministry” to be our own two young daughters, Kaylie and Emilie.
